Reservation Instructions

When making a reservation for a concert

Only elementary school students and up can attend Bucheon City Arts Group’s concerts. However, if there is a separate notice in advance, children over the age of 5 can also attend.
When a child is found to be underage, they might not be allowed attend the concert. Tickets cannot be refunded on the day of the concert.

Online reservations can be made until 5PM on the day before the concert. On-site ticketing of the remaining seats are available on the day of the concert, from 2 hour before the concert.

Information About Receiving Tickets
Receiving Tickets On-Site
  • Tickets can be issued from the concert halls’ ticket booths on the day of the concert.
  • The ticket booths will open 2 hour before each concert.
  • Tickets can only be received once the reservation confirmation or the name and the last four phone number digits of the person who reserved the tickets has been verified.
  • Documents may be requested when verification regarding discounts are needed.
On-Site Ticketing
  • Tickets are sold from the concert hall’s ticket booths 2 hour before the concert.
  • Only the remaining seats are up for sale.
  • On-site ticketing will not be available if the concert seats are sold out.
Ticket Discount Information
  • 40% off Package Booking
  • 20% off for elementary, middle and high school students, adolescents and 65+
    • School ID, Youth Cards and/or ID cards must be shown when receiving the tickets
  • 50% off for the disabled (grade 4-6, mildly disabled)
    • Tickets can only be received on site and welfare cards must be shown when receiving the tickets
  • 100% off for the disabled (grade 1-3, severely disabled and 50% off for one guest
    • Tickets can only be received on site and welfare cards must be shown when receiving the tickets
  • 100% off for national honorees and families of deceased war veterans
    • National Honoree Card and/or Family Relation Certificate must be shown

When verification is proved to be insufficient, the difference in the discounted price and the full ticket price must be paid on site.

Precautions Regarding Concert Viewing
  • Concert hall access will be limited once the concert starts. Entering the venue mid-concert is prohibited.
  • When entering the venue mid-concert is possible, you can only view the concert from the available seats under the usher’s instructions.
Cancellations
  • Cancellations and refunds are available until 5PM on the day before the concert.
  • Reservations cannot be cancelled on the day of the concert.
Cancellation Fees
  • From 10 days before the concert: full refund
  • From 9 to 3 days before concert: 90% refund
  • From 2 to 1 days before concert: 80% refund
