Since 2001, the administrative office of the Bucheon City Arts Group has been operating as an integrated office to enhance efficiency and professionalism across functions, moving away from a separate management system for each arts organization.

The office oversees the Bucheon City Arts Organizations (Bucheon Philharmonic Orchestra and Bucheon Civic Chorale), aiming to improve the quality of performance planning, increase efficiency in managing members, and actively expand promotional activities. It is organized into a Planning & Promotion Team, an Operations & Management Team, as well as staff responsible for scores and instruments.

Going forward, the administrative office will restructure the organizational framework of the municipal arts organizations based on research and analysis in areas such as performance programs and audience development, seeking to professionalize the operation of public cultural institutions.
